Education and

Minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in agriculture or other business area.

Job
Summary:

Under the direction of the Location Manager, the Operations Superintendent directs and conducts maintenance and operations for their designated locations.

Reports to / Supervision Received:

Location Manager

Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):

  • Promote teamwork between all TGM locations as well as assist and share assets between locations.

  • Supervise storage, grain drying and shipping of grain within assigned territory.

  • Responsible at all times for the grade and condition of all Grain and fertilizer within the location.

  • Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.

  • Coordinates the purchasing of facility equipment.

  • Implement maintenance schedule to ensure compliance with all OSHA and EPA regulations.

  • Responsible for making sure all facilities and equipment pieces are clean and maintained in a timely manner and in good working order throughout the year.

  • Work closely with other Area Operation Managers to ensure teamwork between territories.

  • Participate in meetings as required.

  • Assume temporary duties of other Area Operations Manager when unavailable or pre disposed.

  • Attends required meetings as requested.

  • Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures.
    EHS, OSHA, EPA and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
